3. Product Information & Allergen Disclaimer
We strive to provide accurate information about our products. Our energy bars are handcrafted with the following ingredients: Mazafati Dates, Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Natural Cocoa, Groundnuts, Oats, Sesame, and Himalayan Salt.
IMPORTANT ALLERGEN WARNING:
Our products contain NUTS (Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Groundnuts) and Sesame. They are prepared in a facility where these ingredients are prominently handled. We advise individuals with known allergies to nuts or sesame to refrain from consuming our products. Nut Rush Foods LLP is not responsible for any health issues arising from allergic reactions.
4. Ordering and Payment Process
Orders are placed through the checkout on this Website. The contract of sale is concluded between you and Nut Rush Foods LLP when we confirm your order. The final price, inclusive of all applicable taxes, and any shipping charges are shown to you at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed by our payment partner over a secure connection. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank credentials on our systems. An order is treated as confirmed only once payment has been verified with the payment provider; if a payment fails or is interrupted, the order will not be dispatched and any amount debited is refunded in line with Section 6.
5. Shipping and Delivery Policy
Service Area: We deliver across India. We reserve the right to expand or modify our delivery areas at any time.
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days of being placed, and tracking details are shared as soon as your order ships. While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. Our policy is as follows:
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched — contact us with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, as these are perishable food products.
Returns:
Given the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind after delivery. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, tampered with, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Refund Process:
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us at nutrition@nutrush.in or on +91 8310487942 within 7 working days of delivery. You must provide your order number and a clear photo of the product and packaging. You do not need to ship the item back to us. Our team will review the case, and if the claim is verified, we will process a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
NUT RUSH FOODS LLP is the sole owner and licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it. This includes, but is not limited to, the brand name "Nut Rush", logos, designs, text, graphics, and images. These works are protected by copyright and trademark laws in India. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any material from this Website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
This Website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied. Nut Rush Foods LLP does not warrant that the Website will be constantly available or that the information on this Website is complete, true, or accurate.
In no event shall Nut Rush Foods LLP be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these Terms, even if the user has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
